About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Study Revolution Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • HR Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail, manage office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, establish and implement policies and procedures, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
