About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Neptune Plumbing & Heating Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with plumbing and heating systems, including leaks, blockages, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Certifications: Plumber Trade Certification, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Natural Gas License, Plumber Red Seal Certificate, Gas Fitter Red Seal Certificate, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the plumbing and heating trade is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
