About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Neptune Plumbing & Heating Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional plumbing and heating services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plumbing Services: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Heating Services: Install, maintain, and repair heating systems, including boilers, furnaces, and water heaters.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency calls and provide prompt service to resolve plumbing and heating issues.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent plumbing and heating issues and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in the plumbing and heating trade is an asset.
  • Certifications: Plumber Trade Certification, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Natural Gas License, Plumber Red Seal Certificate, Gas Fitter Red Seal Certificate, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Residency: Residency in proximity to the advertised location.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in the plumbing and heating trade.
