Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping and Maintenance Assistant. As a key member of our cleaning and labor team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance in our residential properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and surfaces.
  • Assist with moving and organizing furniture and other items.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as yard work, painting, and minor repairs.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning and labor needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or general labor is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
