Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Travelodge by Wyndham Sarnia. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.
Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Inspect hotel facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaning staff with their duties as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have a client-focused approach and be able to work in a team environment.
