BRC Group - Tayco and BRC is seeking a Product Solutions Development Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative solutions to address customer requirements.
  • Modify existing products and designs to create new products.
  • Prepare furniture layout drawings, renderings, and 3D drawings.
  • Prepare proposal packages and create quotes for dealers.
  • Audit specifications against drawings and produce order-ready documentation.
  • Communicate product specifications, design, and value effectively.
  • Manage complex tenders, review documents, and furniture specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects, establish timelines, and prioritize tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience as a furniture specifier or similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and CRM Software.
  • Robust knowledge of space planning, including AutoCAD, Project Spec, and Visual Impressions.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and in a group setting.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction and criticism positively.
