About the Role

Saputo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager, PMO–Learning and Performance Support to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of learning and performance support initiatives that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute learning strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead a team of instructional designers and developers to create engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on IT training
  • Proven track record of leading complex training programs and teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SAP training and development a plus
