Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Nutrition and Food Services portfolio. As the Chief Nutrition and Food Services Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our nutrition and food services teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality and efficiency of our nutrition and food services
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to provide high-quality patient and resident food services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, nutrition, business)
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on nutrition and food services
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registration with the College of Dietitians of Manitoba
  • Membership with the Dietitians of Canada
  • Experience with Lean and Change Management
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to various facilities and sites. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
