Capital Projects Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Projects Coordinator to join our team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing capital projects across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with hotel departments and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage and track project budgets, invoices, and expenditures
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business design briefs and asset disposal forms
  • Work closely with the Director of Engineering and ownership group to ensure project alignment with company goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various departments to facilitate project coordination
Requirements:
  • University/College degree in a related discipline
  • Previous project management experience, preferably in a hospitality or facilities management environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with facilities components and building systems
