Capital Projects Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Projects Coordinator to join our team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing capital projects across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with hotel departments and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage and track project budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Prepare and submit project reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with the Director of Engineering and ownership group to ensure project alignment with company goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various departments and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • University/College degree in a related discipline (asset management, engineering, business administration)
  • Previous experience in project management, asset management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software
