About the Role

Komatsu America Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Hard Rock Mining Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic customer relationships with corporate mining customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the hard rock mining market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide sales and business development support to the sales team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development in the mining industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
