Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to demonstrate leadership and expertise.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to track key performance indicators.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
