Guest Service Supervisor

Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to demonstrate leadership and expertise
- Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and satisfaction
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized support
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Health care plan
- Permanent employment
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English as the primary language of work
