Senior Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Lead to join our Scotia Digital team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex software projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of software products.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, and business partners to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate technical debt, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our software products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, engineers, and technical leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading software delivery teams, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in cloud-based applications, agile engineering, and software development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a banking or financial industry, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development.
