We are seeking a highly skilled Autopac Insurance Broker to join our team at Impact Recruitment Ltd. As a Personal Lines and Autopac Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and growing our business through referrals and new sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing clients and grow our business through referrals and new sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Assess and evaluate risks, determine coverage levels, and negotiate with brokers to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Level 1 license in Manitoba
  • Minimum 1 year of Autopac or Personal Lines experience at a brokerage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of EPIC or other similar software
