About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at One Insurance Group. As a Personal Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales targets and growth objectives
  • Prospect new customers and opportunities, and follow up on all leads
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Place coverage with insurance markets, handle day-to-day work, and perform annual coverage reviews
  • Provide support with Autopac transactions and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of industry experience managing a Personal Lines book of business
  • Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License (full CAIB designation is considered a strong asset)
  • Experience with other lines of insurance (Autopac, Farm, Commercial, etc.) is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with EPIC is considered an asset
  • Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills
