We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team at One Insurance Group in Winnipeg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and insurance solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prospect new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our personal lines book of business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell our products and services and achieve sales objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including handling Autopac transactions and other duties as required.
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience managing a personal lines book of business.
- Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License (full CAIB designation is considered a strong asset).
- Experience with other lines of insurance (Autopac, Farm, Commercial etc.) is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with EPIC is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
