Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at KVC Industries Corp. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our computer systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations

Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
