Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Compliance Supervisor to join our Cash Services branch in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, while promoting a safe and secure work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, audit, and manage the work of unionized employees to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with security safety and ATM procedures.
- Collaborate with supervisors and staff to establish and implement policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Promote safe work practices through safety audits, meetings, and one-on-one interactions with staff.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Investigate customer or shipper complaints and collaborate with stakeholders to improve safety procedures.
- Participate in the disciplinary process and grievance settlement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in secure transportation road operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Possession of a firearm license.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and judgment skills.
- Strong focus on teamwork and partnership.
- Sense of urgency, exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking and active listening developed.
- Process-oriented.
