Linds & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Accident Benefits Law Clerk to join its team in Downtown Toronto. As a key member of our Insurance Defence team, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers in the preparation and presentation of Accident Benefits cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Briefing and organizing file materials, including medical briefs and OCF-18 outcome charts
  • Preparing medical summaries and monitoring productions
  • Assisting with preliminary log note redactions and preparation for hearings and appeals
  • Coordinating witness attendance and preparation for hearings
  • Updating briefing of productions received from opposing counsel and clients
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Accident Benefits Law Clerk
  • Insurance Defence experience is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed 1300 billable hours
