We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Personal Injury Law Clerk to join our team at Linds & Associates. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our senior partners, providing exceptional support and expertise in the areas of tort and accident benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support in the preparation and management of personal injury files, including research, drafting, and organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and opposing counsel, ensuring effective communication and resolution of complex issues.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to our team.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in personal injury law, with a strong focus on tort and accident benefits.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
  • Excellent drafting and writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documents and reports.
