They will guide their decisions based on business strategies and ensure that they build policies and procedures that will be maintained over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Director of Sales and Service Parts will be responsible for supervising the purchases of trucks and equipment, as well as the strategic pricing strategy.
  • Participate in the definition of the global business plan and the positioning of the company in the market, including the pricing strategy;
  • Ensure the supervision and follow-up of Body Builders;
  • Ensure optimal inventory management;
  • Be the guardian of the product vision and ensure that teams and developments are constantly aligned with the needs of targeted markets.
  • Supervise various market and product analyses, business plans and strategies, performance indicators, and reports.
  • Develop a product culture through enlightened leadership;
  • Understand the needs and requirements of our current and potential customers.
  • Ensure that product knowledge is transferred to sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of product deployment;
  • Encourage continuous learning, openness, and innovation within the sales team by encouraging professional and technical training, workshops, seminars, etc.
  • All other related tasks.

Education/Experience:
