Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cost control, and health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies, and communicate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, organized, reliability, and team player.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work term is permanent, with 35 hours per week.
