Sales Xceleration is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Sales to join our team as an Outsourced Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales consulting business, you will work closely with small and medium-sized businesses to develop and implement tailored sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with business owners to understand their sales challenges and develop targeted solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 16+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years of VP of Sales experience
  • Revenue responsibility of $30M+
  • Business-to-business background
