Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic construction setting, coordinating various activities and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed production and project reports
  • Supervise and lead construction teams
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing needs
  • Set up necessary machinery and equipment
  • Estimate project costs and required materials
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Provide leadership and instruction to team members
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a diverse team, including:

  • Bricklayers
  • Cement finishers
  • Tilesetters
  • Painters and decorators
  • Floor covering installers
  • Plasterers
