About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Equipment Assistant to join our team at Highview Restoration Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment, including cleaning and lubricating machinery.
  • Tool Management: Organize and manage tools and equipment, ensuring they are readily available for use.
  • Site Support: Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Communication: Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public, promoting a culture of safety on site.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
