The Protech Group's Graduate Leadership Program is a comprehensive leadership development program designed for recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in the commercial sector. The program aims to build future leaders who can assess and solve business challenges using data, technology, and industry expertise.
Program StructureThe program consists of two parts:
Part One: Rotational TrainingParticipants will undergo an intensive, customized rotational training curriculum to gain functional learning opportunities across various professions within the Protech Group. The program offers several tracks, including:
- Purchasing and Logistics
- Project Management
- Research and Development
- Finance
- Sales and Marketing
Participants will be matched to a team and role that best suits their preferences, personality, and skillset. In this role, they will gain greater autonomy and carve out a career path that plays into their strengths and continues to grow them as professionals.
RequirementsTo be eligible for the program, candidates must:
- Be a recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate
- Have less than one year of relevant full-time work experience
- Have knowledge of Office 365 (Word and Excel)
- Be proficient in English and French (spoken and written)
- Be a natural leader with a passion for learning new skills
- Be a hard worker, persistent in the face of challenges and opportunities
- Have a solid analytical and strategic mindset
