  • Negotiate resolution of cases and determine when continued proceedings are no longer in the best interest of the District of Columbia.
  • Perform all functions related to case and calendar management, such as pretrial, motion and trial scheduling, and documentation of action taken or orders issued.

  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school at the time of appointment.
  • At least 4 years of relevant related specialized experience, 1 year of which must have been equivalent to LS-12 level.
