Job Title: Associate Lawyer- Personal Injury

Overview:

Gpac is seeking a skilled and ambitious Associate Lawyer to join our Personal Injury team. As a junior litigator, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, from initial client consultations to trial preparation and representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support client claims.
  • Prepare and present cases in court, negotiating settlements and advocating for clients' rights.
  • Screen potential clients and provide expert advice on their cases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective case strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M from an accredited law school.
  • Member of the Albert Bar in good standing with previous experience working in litigation.
  • Strong business acumen, verbal, negotiation, interpersonal, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team of professionals.
  • Discretion and good judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential situations.
