Job Title: Corporate Commercial Litigation Lawyer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling complex commercial litigation cases, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and providing expert advice to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and guidance
  • Cultivate relationships with existing and future clients, identifying new business opportunities
  • Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys, mentoring and coaching to ensure their success

Qualifications:

  • JD from an FLSC-approved law school
  • 3+ years of experience in solid corporate commercial litigation, with a focus on litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation
  • Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial
  • Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to think and act independently, with minimal supervision, and outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
