Key Responsibilities:- Manage full cycle project execution, from start-up to close out.
- Be accountable for project performance through continuous review of schedules, production metrics, and project KPIs.
- Manage financial aspects of the project, including forecasting and billing.
- Lead, mentor, and coach project team members.
- Prioritize client relationships to ensure confidence in project delivery.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role, with 5 or more years on projects valued at $15M or greater.
- Civil, Mining, or Structural Engineering diploma or related technical degree.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and evolving priorities.
- Knowledge of financial aspects of project management, including estimating, budgeting, cost controls, change management, and reporting.
- Experience with multi-rate type contracts, including lump sum, time and material, unit rate.
- Experience with drill and blast and/or hard rock mining is a desired skill set.
- Ability to travel to various project sites with short notice and/or for extended periods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with exemplary soft skills.
- Excellent written skills for planning, execution, and internal and external reporting.
- Experience in JD Edwards, Primavera P6, and/or MS Projects is an asset.
