At the Canadian Red Cross, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Provisioning & Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data.
Responsibilities:- Manage the Data Provisioning & Reporting Team, overseeing the development of work plans and ensuring timely delivery of projects and BAU activities.
- Maintain and create reporting and dashboards within Power BI, ensuring security and architecture are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure technical requirements are met, and data is accurate and reliable.
- Document processes and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
- Post-secondary university degree in a relevant discipline, with 10+ years of related work experience, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
- Superior analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate it effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and hands-on implementation experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and data visualization principles.
- Work from home, with occasional non-traditional hours during times of disaster or appeal.
- Eligibility to work in Canada, with a successful pre-employment screening process.
