Job Title: Front End Supervisor

At ABS Trucking Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet business objectives
  • Manage sales floor operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
