Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front End Supervisor to join our team at Urban Nails Salon. As a key member of our front end operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our front end staff, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies and materials to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for front end staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising information, and personnel metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement inventory control measures to minimize losses.
  • Supervise Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to front end staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a front end supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
