Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an LPN at EHN Canada, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessments, treatment management, and medication administration to clients with mental health and addiction-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and provide guidance on medication management.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team and physician to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Support clients in their recovery journey through empathetic listening, practical assistance, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nurses with pharmacological training.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse registered in the Province of British Columbia.
  • Current basic CPR certification.
  • Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership duties.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
