Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Geriatrics

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a geriatric setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and ensure infection control
  • Conduct specimen collection and monitor nutritional intake
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative personal and comfort care
  • Monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy
  • Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
Work Environment:

Our nursing home setting provides a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under pressure and be required to perform repetitive tasks.
