Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BBC Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, coordinating the flow of information, and maintaining a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and multitask effectively.

Experience
