About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Global DE&I Strategist to lead our talent management initiatives and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with the DE&I Council and ERGs to identify and address diversity and inclusion gaps.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion awareness.
  • Conduct regular assessments of our diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to develop and implement diversity and inclusion metrics and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a global organization.
  • Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
