Global DE&I Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global DE&I practice, working closely with the DE&I council and ERGs. As a key member of our talent management team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement DE&I strategies in collaboration with the DE&I council and ERGs.
  • Oversee projects and action plans related to the DE&I roadmap, working with respective owners.
  • Recommend impactful initiatives to elevate DE&I, utilizing industry best practices and benchmarks.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the DE&I council and ERG leaders.
  • Manage employee resource groups (ERGs) in collaboration with ERG leaders.
  • Translate DE&I metrics into actionable insights through data reports for key stakeholders.
  • Empower HR, ERG members, employees, and leaders to create an inclusive environment through DE&I tools and learning activities.
  • Conduct regular assessments of programs and practices to ensure DE&I is adequately addressed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, career counseling, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization.
  • Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple ongoing projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion in office and plant environments.
