Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Transparent Cleaning Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards
- Inspect sites to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
- Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed
- Establish work schedules to ensure efficient cleaning operations
- We are committed to creating a welcoming work environment for all employees, including those with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities
- We participate in government and community programs to support these groups
- We offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to help them succeed in their roles
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in cleaning or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
