About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at NOVA ACCOUNTING INC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
