We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Colt Canada. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the life cycle management of key internal and customer programs, including program planning, financial management, risk management, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program schedule development and identify critical path activities for assigned programs.
  • Conduct initial project build plan meetings and lead future project scoping activities.
  • Ensure program deliverables are accomplished and supporting documentation is prepared for each program milestone payment.
  • Manage program risks, including assessment, identification, and mitigation.
  • Maintain regular contact with key customer representatives and ensure all key program events and issues are documented in writing.
Requirements
  • Driving new projects, initiatives, and project launches from bid award through to delivery.
  • Obtain Enhanced Security Clearance from the Government of Canada.
  • Maintenance of secure and confidential company information.
  • Adherence to Colt Canada Corporation's policies and procedures.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will work in an office environment and will be required to travel domestically and internationally.
