Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at AMAN Logistics Ltd.

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow up on issues with work orders
  • Keep track of shipments and knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
