Position Overview

Empire Logistics & Transport Inc. is seeking a dedicated Transportation Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency and ensure seamless logistics management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Gather and process orders and directives from clients.
  • Planning: Formulate detailed strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Task Organization: Structure activities to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Logistics Oversight: Supervise the logistical operations within the organization.
  • Material Coordination: Assess and adjust the type and quantity of materials necessary for production, construction, and other initiatives.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various work units or departments to streamline processes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on logistics activities.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Warehouse Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure operational alignment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
