We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SPG Logistics Inc. They will also maintain work records and logs, advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
* Maintain work records and logs
* Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
* Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
* Keep track of shipments
* Maintain vehicle operator work records
* Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
* Respond to urgent calls from individuals who find themselves in life-threatening situations and require assistance
* Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
* Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Will train

Work Environment:

* 40 hours per week
* English language
