Position Overview

Empire Logistics & Transport Inc. is seeking a dedicated Transportation Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services within our organization.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze orders and directives from clients.
  • Create tailored plans to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organize and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Supervise the operational logistics of the company.
  • Review and adjust the type and quantity of materials needed for production, construction, and various projects.
  • Coordinate activities across different departments and work units.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to streamline operations.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
