Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event concepts and strategies that align with our business objectives and priorities.
  • Lead event production planning, on-site operations, show calling, and live event operations for global events.
  • Collaborate with Brand colleagues to ensure consistent branding across all events and experiences.
  • Coordinate and lead project team meetings to ensure scheduling, operational, and production timelines are met.
  • Source and manage partnerships with external vendors to deliver high-quality services within budget.
  • Manage and reconcile program budgets to ensure financial transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • University education and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in event production, with a strong portfolio of delivered work in live events.
  • Advanced expertise in event environments, including show calling, stage management, and event operations.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact events that engage and connect with global audiences.
  • Strong program management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to write detailed event creative proposals independently.
  • Comfortable working with C-level executives and managing unforeseen circumstances and stressful situations.
