Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of telecommunications equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Install, configure, and maintain telephone systems, wiring, and related hardware.
  • Diagnose and repair defective telecommunications equipment.
  • Analyze test outcomes and make necessary adjustments to switching systems and networks.
  • Complete and maintain detailed service and test reports.
  • Identify the nature and location of technical issues.
  • Utilize computerized testing systems to perform service evaluations on customer lines and equipment.
