Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at the Academy of Learning College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business growth.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
