Daily Responsibilities

  • Execute a variety of mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
  • Guide and mentor apprentices, sharing your knowledge and assisting in their skill development within a supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with a talented team, working on a diverse range of vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify potential mechanical opportunities.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks performed.

Qualifications for Success

  • Certification as an Automotive Service Technician Journeyperson or Licensed Mechanic.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.
  • Proficient in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • A motivated and positive attitude, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment.
  • A commitment to safety, including the consistent use of required personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
